Back to people overviewLore can be described as the distributed pieces of information through which a world’s legendarium becomes available. These may be gleaned through reading a narrative or, in its more contemporary use, playing a game. In Elden Ring (2022), for example, the player can arrive at an understanding of the world’s legendarium by accumulating fragments of lore while exploring the Lands Between.
